Lost in Transition

Recently finished, this painting for now, is entitled, 'The Wanderer'. And as with my other abstract paintings this one is also autobiographical.

The largeness of its size, l47.3cm x 132cm, allows me to enter into the universe of the painting revealing its life-sourced message. And I get lost in it. Images are revealed. There is a shift happening for me. To be expected as life is about evolving. Frustration. Loneliness. Confusion. Doubt. Next. Ideas float in. Scrap is gathered. Thoughts sketched out. And I sit. And wait. The unknown is surfacing. Journeys aren't easy. The question that lingers for now, is where am I going?
